Promise of Redemption signs with Know Hope Records!
We are proud to announce that Promise of Redemption is now part of the Know Hope Family! KHR will be releasing a new POR record this summer, the first POR material to be released in eight years.
Promise of Redemption began as a side project of Valencia front man, Shane Henderson, in the early 2000’s. Originally a creative outlet for Shane outside of Valencia, Promise of Redemption developed into something a lot more meaningful for Shane. The first two albums that Shane released as POR, 2004’s The Lights That Flicker Will Surely Fade (Pacific Ridge Records) and 2008’s When The Flowers Bloom… (I Surrender Records) saw considerable growth for Shane. However, with Valencia at the height of its popularity, Promise of Redemption was put on the back burner.
After the disbanding of Valencia in 2012, Henderson self-released an EP in 2013, Control, under the moniker Shane Henderson and The Future Perfect. Three years later, the time has come to revive Promise of Redemption, and KHR is proud to bring it you!
